Aimed at the 55+ dance mover looking for something different, fun and with no impact to stay in vibrant health, experience movement and enjoy ageing with grace. Classes are adapted to the needs of the participants.
The classes are approximately 1 hour and includes: gentle movements to open and wake-up the joints, bending and stretching, lengthening and breathing in an atmosphere of joy, laughter and community. The movements and exercises are supported by beautiful music, both relaxing and upbeat. Dance like you never experienced it before!!!!
Classes meet weekly Tuesdays at 3:30, Wednesday at 11:00 and 4:00 for 8 week sessions..
